About the Role

We are looking for a Junior International Recruiter to join our International Recruitment team. You will play an active role in identifying and attracting talent for international projects, collaborating with different markets and teams.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes across different geographies
• Conduct active candidate sourcing (LinkedIn and other platforms)
• Perform CV screening and conduct screening interviews
• Coordinate processes with hiring managers
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience
• Keep the ATS up to date
• Support employer branding initiatives
• Conduct market analysis through interviews and talent benchmarking

Requirements

• Fluency in English (mandatory); fluency in an additional language (Portuguese/ Spanish/ German / Italian / French / Polish) is highly valued
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Interest in international environments
• Proactivity and eagerness to learn
• Experience or internship in recruitment is valued
