Junior Inventory Audit

Job Responsibilities:

• Willing to travel for min 1-2 weeks for physical stock inventory in Nationwide.
• Verifying physical stock tallies with system, any variances +/- to get the person-in-charge to provide explanation and proof, and process according to SOP.
• Identifying stock loss, damage, redundant stocks.
• Ensuring good storage practices and security.
• Attend Stock Inventory - Monthly branches stock count by following the standard process provided.
• To clear system self-declaration and monitoring self-declare status (system clear on time)
• Stock lost charge handling.
• Settle task before/according to dateline.
• Response email and Whatsapp accordingly.
• Attend event/meeting/training as when is required.
• To Follow-up and manage pending task until settle/close case.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least SPM or high level in any field.
• With a min 1 year or above working experience in warehousing / inventory field would be an added advantage.
• Able to read and communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Wiling to travel for 1 -2 weeks monthly, with experience of stock audit.
• Must have driving license and own car.
