Junior Invoice Processing (AP)

Key Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day invoice transaction processing, ensuring timely processing and resolution of issues.
• Ensure high accuracy in invoice posting and compliance with company policies and procedures, while guiding stakeholders through the correct processes for successful invoice validation.
• Assist in identifying process gaps and support system and process improvements aimed at increasing efficiency.
• Monitor and report on performance, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and minimize exceptions.
• Ensure full compliance with SOX controls, update process maps and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and maintain cross-country process harmonization.
• Support Month-End Close (MEC) activities to ensure successful and timely completion.
• Support ad hoc assignments.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 year of Accounts Payable (AP) or Travel & Expense (T&E) experience.
• Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Oracle ERP experience is an advantage.
