Junior IT and LMS Associate

Intercare is looking for a Junior IT and LMS Associate who can provide first-level IT and LMS support across the organization — covering helpdesk support, Learning Management System (LMS) administration, user account management, website/content updates, hardware and asset management, documentation, training assistance, data backups, and digital learning support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support and technical assistance to faculty, staff, students, and clinic personnel.
• Assist in the administration and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Create and maintain user accounts, course content, and digital learning resources.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Assist in maintaining network infrastructure, internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, and other IT equipment.
• Support cloud-based systems and environments, including user account administration and access management.
• Assist in website content updates and digital platform maintenance.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and technical records.
• Provide technical support for academic activities, events, meetings, trainings, and institutional operations.
• Support digital transformation, system implementation, automation, and AI-related initiatives.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers when necessary.
• Perform other IT and LMS-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with at least 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
• Experience with Moodle, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or WordPress is a plus but not required.
