Junior IT

Position

We are looking for a Junior IT to join our IT team and provide day-to-day technical support to employees at our Milan office.

The role will contribute to ensuring the smooth operation of workstations, devices and corporate IT tools, providing timely and effective support with a strong focus on the internal user experience.

This is a great opportunity to develop technical skills across IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, cloud and AI technologies within an international environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level technical support to internal users
• Install, configure and maintain PCs, laptops, smartphones and peripherals
• Manage IT support requests through the ticketing system
• Support users with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office and Copilot
• Support the management of user accounts, access rights and permissions
• Set up and manage IT equipment as part of employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Monitor and maintain workstations and related devices
• Collaborate with the IT team and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Support basic networking activities and IT asset management

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365
• Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, and troubleshooting
• Strong interest in cybersecurity, AI, cloud technologies, and digital innovation
• Good written and spoken English, at least B2 level

Nice to Have

• Previous experience, including internships or short-term assignments, in Help Desk, Service Desk, or IT Support
• Microsoft certifications
• Familiarity with ERP systems or other business applications
• Knowledge of Power Platform, Copilot or automation tools
