Junior IT Executive

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide daily IT support to employees, including troubleshooting desktop computers, laptops, printers, software and other IT equipment.

2. Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware, Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office and other company applications.

3. Assist in maintaining office network infrastructure, including LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, switches, routers and network cabling.

4. Manage basic user account administration, email setup, password resets and access permissions for company IT systems.

5. Monitor and maintain IT equipment, antivirus protection, software updates and basic data backup operations.

6. Maintain and update IT asset inventory, equipment records, software licences and IT documentation.

7. Assist with IT equipment procurement, vendor coordination, warranty claims, repairs and scheduled maintenance.

8. Support IT-related office facilities, including CCTV, access control systems, IP phones and meeting room equipment where applicable.

9. Respond to IT support requests, resolve basic technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior personnel or external vendors.

10. Perform routine preventive maintenance and ensure IT equipment and systems are functioning properly.

11. Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including IT equipment preparation, account setup and equipment collection.

12. Perform other IT-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in IT, Computer Science, Networking or related field.

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking and IT troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office and common office IT equipment.

• Good communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.

• Able to work independently on routine tasks and as part of a team.
