As an IT Officer , you'll play a key role in the daily digital experience of our employees. You'll become the driving force behind our first-line IT support, ensuring that colleagues receive fast, friendly, and effective assistance whenever they need it.

What you can expect:

• becoming the first point of contact for colleagues across the organisation by managing and following up the support -tickets;
• prepare and configure laptops, mobile devices, and other IT equipment;
• coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities from an IT perspective;
• assist users with Microsoft 365 applications and workplace technologies;

Who are you?

You have recently completed a Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, ICT, Applied Computer Science, or a related field.

You may already have some professional experience, but what matters most is your mindset!

You're someone who:

• enjoys solving problems and helping others;
• has a natural curiosity for how things work;
• likes discovering new tools and technologies;
• takes initiative and learns independently;
• is hands-on and practical in your approach;
• communicates clearly and professionally;
• enjoys working as part of a team;
• embraces continuous learning and self-development.
• appreciate connecting with colleagues across the business and are willing to travel between our offices in Aalst, Antwerp, Gosselies, Zaventem, and Liège whenever needed.
• You have an excellent command of Dutch and a good knowledge of English and French.
• A driving license (B) is considered an asset.
