• Provide basic IT support to employees and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Maintain network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and internet access.
• Support email accounts, Microsoft Office, and other business applications.
• Maintain data backups and ensure basic data security.
• Troubleshoot operating system and software-related problems.
• Maintain IT inventory, equipment records, and documentation.
• Assist in maintaining LAN, routers, switches, and other network devices.
• Ensure antivirus updates and regular system maintenance.
• Provide technical support for online meetings and office presentations.
• Assist with website updates and other IT-related tasks when required.
• Report technical issues and coordinate with senior IT staff for solutions.

Requirements

• Experience: 0 to 1 years
• Education: Computer Science, Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering
• Skills: EMME, PGA, DEM, SSI, ETA, NSE, ESS, &S, PAD, DDD
