Summary

• The Junior Project Analyst will be responsible for supporting the full software development lifecycle, including development, testing, documentation, training, and post-deployment support.
• He/She will also ensure timely task completion by coordinating with management, handling access management, and monitoring tickets based on priority.
• As Junior Project Analyst, you will have the opportunity to learn and work on the different stages of software development and use the several tools such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP C4C, SuccessFactor, Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Forms, Power Apps & Power Automate, Power BI) and new technologies that the organisation is continuously implementing.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Process Mapping & Learning: Participate in structured training to learn foundational SAP modules, Microsoft tools and best practices.
• System Support: Shadow consultants/senior consultants to troubleshoot end user’s issues, test applications, and analyse system performance. Provide support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction in a timely manner.
• Project Documentation: Assist with preparing project status reports, mapping out business requirements, and maintaining functional/technical documentation.
• Data Migration: Help with extracting, cleaning, and uploading master data into our system(s).
• User Training: Prepare training materials (video/document) using appropriate templates and support end-users during implementation of minor/major projects and system rollouts.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• MS Office Tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
• With abilities like critical thinking, concern for accuracy and willingness to learn new technologies
