JUNIOR IT PROJECT MANAGER

Job Summary

The Junior IT Project Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring successful implementation within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations. This role oversees project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure while coordinating with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and other partners to achieve project objectives.

The role serves as the primary point of coordination for assigned projects, ensuring effective communication, timely resolution of risks and issues, proper documentation, and successful transition of project deliverables aligned with business goals.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end IT project delivery, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Coordinate with technical teams, business units, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and effective execution.
• Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and ensure timely completion of project activities and deliverables.
• Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and updates highlighting project progress, risks, issues, and key decisions.
• Identify, monitor, and escalate project risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints while recommending appropriate mitigation plans.
• Manage project change requests by assessing impacts on scope, timeline, resources, and deliverables.
• Ensure proper project documentation, including requirements, project plans, meeting minutes, user manuals, training materials, and handover documents.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment activities, and project transition to ensure successful implementation.
• Monitor stakeholder satisfaction and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct post-project reviews, document lessons learned, and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors, third-party providers, and external partners to support project delivery.
• Perform other project-related activities and reporting requirements as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or any related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT project management, project coordination, systems implementation, infrastructure projects, or related technology roles.
• Experience managing end-to-end IT projects, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and delivery.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum practices.
• Experience with enterprise applications, SaaS solutions, cloud technologies, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or IT infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams, business users, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Project Management certifications (CAPM, PMP, Agile/Scrum certifications) are a plus.
