Responsibilities at the learning stage

• Communicate with clients by mail / voice / face to face
• Monitor and verify the preparation process and provide customers with presentations of software solutions and services
• Be able to understand the varied and specific needs of the client's business and apply service knowledge to satisfy them.

Responsibilities to complete training

• Ensure quality of service by developing detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other functions of customer systems and processes
• Build strong personal relationships with key decision-makers and influencers throughout the sales process
• Develop an effective sales plan using sales methodology
• Achieve the sales goals set by the company and contribute to the achievement of the team goals
• Manage workload to organize and prioritize daily and weekly goals
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal

Requirements (required)

• Knowledge of English at the Upper Intermediate level
• Basic knowledge of the basics of the IT industry
• Developed communication and presentation skills

Requirements (desirable)

• Skills for managing relationships with key decision makers
• Skills in applying different sales methods to ensure the completion of the deal
• Sales experience in the field of sales of professional services and complex IT solutions
