Junior IT Support analyst

COWI's Global Service Desk acts as a competence centre, capable to solve most IT incidents without escalation. To perform as first-line support to all types of IT requests from our internal users, we are looking for a Junior IT Support Analyst to join our team. You will be part of COWI's Group IT team that provides global IT solutions that enable COWI's business innovation

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

• Support all COWI employees around the globe
• Register all requests and incidents addressed to Service Desk team
• Conduct webinars and make video-guides
• Prepare technical and support documentation.

Furthermore, you should have:

• Knowledge about Microsoft product bundle, including but not limited to installation and configuration
• Understanding about computer network principles and practices
• Very good English skills in writing but particularly verbal
• Knowledge of ITIL methodology would be an advantage.
