Junior IT Support

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in IT infrastructure projects, system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies, security standards, and operational procedures
• IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation of hardware, software licenses, and system configurations
• Perform any other duties assigned by your superior.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Diploma, Bachelor's DegreeinInformation Technology or equivalent in Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Relevant working experience is an added advantage
