Junior IT Support

Key Responsibilities:

-         Provide basic IT support for computers, printers, Wi-Fi, Windows PCs, and MacBooks

-         Assist in troubleshooting software and hardware issues for internal users

-         Support software installation, updates, and routine maintenance

-         Help maintain IT documentation, including asset inventory and support logs

-         Learn how to use AI tools to find solutions and improve work efficiency

-         Communicate in English when necessary (both verbal and written)

-         Perform other tasks as assigned by the IT supervisor

Qualifications:

-         Currently studying in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

-         Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and common software

-         Eager to learn and able to work both independently and in a team

-         Able to communicate in English at a conversational level

-         Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and basic troubleshooting tools

-         Open-minded and comfortable using AI tools for research and problem-solving
