Junior IT Support Technician

The role

Entry-level, hands-on and client-facing. You'll support our internal teams and clients across hardware, software and networks, with real exposure to IT support, networking and systems administration.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues

• Support daily system administration, software installations, updates and configurations

• Help maintain IT infrastructure, including servers and databases

• Monitor system performance; support cybersecurity, backup and disaster-recovery routines

• Provide technical support to internal teams and clients, including on-site

• Maintain IT documentation — network diagrams, user guides and SOPs

• Participate in IT projects and the rollout of new solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT-related tasks

What we're looking for

• NITEC, Diploma in Computer, IT or a related field

• Fluent spoken English and Mandarin — required to support our Chinese-speaking clients

• Good working knowledge of Windows and networking fundamentals

• Positive attitude, hardworking and efficient; able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to learn and adopt the latest AI tools

Advantageous

• Experience in application software support, with on-site support and implementation

• Knowledge of databases and/or programming
