Junior IT Support Technician

The role We're looking for a hands-on Junior IT Support Technician to keep our people and production running. Your main job will be working through our ticketing system and helping colleagues fix their IT problems quickly and in a friendly way. What you'll do - Log, prioritise and resolve support tickets in our ticket system - Help users with hardware, software, email, printer and network issues, in person and remotely - Escalate more complex problems and follow up until they're closed - Set up and maintain laptops, desktops and peripherals for staff - Collect stock and equipment from suppliers when needed - Keep clear notes on tickets so others can see what was done What we're looking for - A valid driver's licence (required) - A real interest in IT and solving problems; no formal qualifications needed - Good communication and patience with non-technical users - Someone organised and reliable, who follows through - Fully office-based at one of our Johannesburg, Durban or Cape Town sites Nice to have - Some helpdesk or support experience, even informal - Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365 and basic networking Why join us - Exposure to IT in a 24/7 manufacturing setting with advanced print technology - A growing national company where you can build your skills and grow into a bigger role - Hands-on learning across hardware, software, networks and production systems How to apply Apply through Indeed.
