Junior IT System Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assist in managing enterprise systems.

2. Support software and hardware troubleshooting.

3. Monitor system performance.

4. Conduct regular security updates.

5. Assist in backup and disaster recovery tasks.

6. Maintain IT inventory and records.

7. Provide end-user support.

8. Document processes and issues for reporting.

Competencies / Skills Required:

1. Basic understanding of enterprise system administration.

2. Experience with software and hardware troubleshooting.

3. Ability to monitor and optimize system performance.

4. Basic knowledge of IT security and compliance.

5. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

6. Ability to provide end-user support.

7. Willingness to learn and grow in a technical environment.

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php16,500.00 per hour
