Junior IT Technical Support

About the role

Provide helpdesk and technical support to end users, including IT support to the office for computers, printers, and other office IT equipment. Manage and maintain computer hardware, software, and IT equipment, and maintain and configure existing customer IT systems, including PCs, servers, firewalls, switches, and other network devices.

Key responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk and technical support to end users
• Provide IT support to the office, including computers, printers, and other office IT equipment
• Manage and maintain computer hardware, software, and IT equipment
• Perform desktop PC, printer, and IT equipment troubleshooting, upgrades, and maintenance
• Maintain and configure existing customer IT systems, including PCs, servers, firewalls, switches, and other network devices
• Perform routine maintenance on network infrastructure
• Assist in the setup, installation, and configuration of network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls
• Work closely with other IT staff to implement network solutions and improvements
• Assist with general office IT-related tasks and provide technical support to office staff as required

About you

• Diploma / equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field / relevant IT technical knowledge
• At least 1 year of working experience in IT technical support or networking. Fresh graduates with relevant IT or networking qualifications are encouraged to apply
• Malaysian citizen
• Independent, hands-on, and able to work under pressure
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to travel to client offices as required
