JUNIOR IT/AI SPECIALIST

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Junior IT/AI Specialist to assist with IT operations, AI solutions, automation, troubleshooting, and the implementation of technology-driven improvements within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing AI-powered tools and solutions.
• Support automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Assist with AI tools, APIs, and software integrations.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems and applications.
• Research and recommend emerging AI and IT technologies.
• Assist in testing, debugging, and optimizing software and AI applications.
• Provide technical support to employees.
• Maintain documentation of IT processes and systems.
• Perform other IT- and AI-related tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• At least 6 months of relevant IT, software development, AI, or technical support experience.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation, APIs, or chatbot technologies is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of databases, networking, and system troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
