About the Role

CheckAlt is seeking motivated veterans and transitioning service members to join our Foresight IT Veteran Program as an IT Technology Associate. This is an entry-level opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in IT and emerging technology. No prior IT experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Support basic IT systems, applications, and user requests.
• Assist with troubleshooting and technical issues.
• Support IT projects, documentation, and daily operations.
• Learn technology, cloud, automation, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Work with IT teams and business users to resolve technology needs.

Training

We provide hands-on training in in-demand technology skills, including:

• IT fundamentals and technical support
• Cloud and automation basics
• AI and Generative AI tools
• Prompt engineering and AI productivity
• AI-assisted business and IT workflows
• Responsible use of AI in the workplace

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
• Veteran or transitioning service member.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Willingness to learn IT and AI technologies.
• IT experience, certifications, or technical background are a plus, but not required.
