Role Summary

As a Junior Kitchen Manager, you oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, food safety, efficient production, and strong team performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Culinary Arts, or any related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in kitchen supervision or restaurant operations.
• Knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, inventory management, and food safety standards.
• Experience in food cost control, menu costing, and stock management is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Willing to work on-site and on flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Willing and able to start immediately.
• Willing to be assigned to Tong Yang Grand Central
