Job Responsibilities
- Provide L2 application and production support for Java/J2EE applications.
- Troubleshoot application issues using SQL and Linux/Unix.
- Support web applications, batch jobs and production systems.
- Monitor incidents and resolve issues within SLA.
- Work closely with development and infrastructure teams.
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of Application/Production Support experience, or Java Developers willing to move into a support role.
- Good knowledge of Java/J2EE, SQL and Linux/Unix.
- Knowledge of web applications, batch jobs, JBoss, MariaDB and Shell scripting.
- Banking industry experience is an advantage.
- Strong willingness to learn, teamwork and ownership mindset.
Shift Requirement
Must be willing to work rotating shifts, including night shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
Shift timings:
- 6am–3pm
- 9am–6pm
- 2pm–11pm
- 10pm–7am
