  • Clean, sanitize, and maintain laboratory workspaces, equipment, and supplies.
  • Follow all laboratory SOPs, sanitation procedures, safety requirements, and applicable cannabis regulations.

  • Support the Cultivation Team with other propagation and laboratory tasks as required.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and quality-focused work environment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Post-secondary education in horticulture, plant science, biology, biotechnology, agriculture, or a related field is an asset.
  • Previous laboratory, tissue culture, plant propagation, or horticultural experience is required
  • Strong interest in plant propagation and cannabis cultivation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently.
  • Ability to follow detailed SOPs and maintain accurate records for full traceability
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable working with microscopes, laboratory equipment, and sterile techniques.
  • Ability to recognize contamination, abnormalities, and changes in plant material.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a controlled laboratory environment for extended periods.
  • Willingness to learn new techniques and continuously improve technical skills.

What We Offer
