Junior Lawyer

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Lawyer to provide strategic support to our Head Legal Counsel. In this role, you will handle contract drafting and review, prepare court submissions, assist with regulatory compliance, and perform in-depth legal research to support our organization's operational and legal needs.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and revise commercial contracts, demand letters, notices, and internal memoranda
• Assist in case management, file maintenance, liaison work with external counsel, and draft pleadings, motions, and affidavits under supervision
• Conduct legal research to prepare concise legal opinions, compliance summaries, and operational guidance
• Monitor statutory and regulatory compliance while collaborating with internal departments on legal requirements
• Perform additional legal tasks and administrative duties as directed by the Head Legal Counsel

About you

• Minimum of 1 year of active legal experience
• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
• Member of the Philippine Bar
• Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting abilities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• High integrity and professional discretion
• Ability to work independently while remaining receptive to guidance
