Junior Lawyer

office in the position of Audit Senior Manager – Director

The Role

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, including confidentiality, financing, Joint-venture agreements, shareholder agreements and share purchase/sale agreements.
• Providing high-quality legal advice and services regarding the establishment, reporting obligations, administration, restructuring, and rehabilitation of companies.
• Drafting minutes, resolutions, powers of attorney and other legal documents
• Undertaking legal due diligence exercises by reviewing complex agreements and multiple documents, identifying key issues, and offering solid and realistic advice and solutions to clients and drafting legal due diligence reports.
• Being capable of participating in and handling transactional, cross-border operations and confidently conducting meetings with clients, counterparties, and their advisors.
• Participating in meetings of private and public companies and keeping minutes.
• Advising public companies on their CySEC and CSE reporting and other obligations, reviewing and drafting annual reports, announcements and other documents.
• Creating/dissolving companies.
• Supporting the company’s corporate procedures.
• Interacting with banks and payment systems.
• Interacting with tax and other governmental authorities.

What We Are Looking For

• At least three (3) years of experience in corporate law.
• Law degree.
• Member of the Cyprus Bar Association with a practicing license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle a variety of complex issues simultaneously under strict deadlines and pressure.
• Adherence to high professional standards and work ethics.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs.
