Junior Lawyer

Responsibilities:

• Manage the company’s commercial transactions.
• Draft, prepare, and review contracts.
• Identify and mitigate legal and contractual risks.
• Ensure business agreements comply with laws, government regulations, and internal policies.
• Negotiate contracts and present alternative solutions when needed.
• Manage complex transactions independently.
• Provide general legal services and advice to the organization.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with teams to balance business requirements and compliance standards.
• Maintain ethical and professional contract practices.

Qualifications:

• Lawyer and a member in good standing of the Philippine Bar.
• 1–3 years of solid experience as a Corporate, Transactional, or Contracts Lawyer.
• Experience gained from a top-tier law firm or an in-house legal department of a multinational or multicultural corporation.
• Proven contract negotiation skills.
• Strong legal writing and English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent commercial acumen.
• High level of professional ethics and integrity.
• Ability to manage complex transactions independently.
• Understanding of contracting and risk issues in the gaming industry is an advantage.
• Ability to build trusted advisor relationships and work well with a team.
