What they need
Responsibilities:
- To draft/review/amend any legal documents such as contracts/legal report
- To conduct legal research using various online databases, legal treatises, and other relevant sources.
- Answer questions from co-workers, clients, or management team regarding legal information or any issues
- To prepare legal briefs, motions, and other legal documents.
- To communicate and coordinate with authorities
- Collaborate with attorneys and other legal professionals to ensure timely and accurate research support.
- To support the management team as a legal specialist
- Legal tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree from Faculty of Law
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Candidates fluent in English will be preferred
