What they need
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze Thai and English contracts
- Prepare Legal Summaries / Legal Reports and follow up on legal matters
- Maintain and monitor contract status and Contract Management records
- Coordinate with internal teams, business partners, and external legal counsel
- Support litigation, compliance, and legal research matters
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of business law and contract law
- Good command of Thai and English, especially for legal documents
- Detail-oriented with good coordination and follow-up skills
- Experience in Contract Review / In-house Legal / Law Firm will be an advantage
- Thai lawyer’s license or Chinese language skills will be an advantage
