Junior Lawyer: Construction Disputes

About the role:

• Working across a broad range of construction and infrastructure disputes
• Advising on contractual disputes, delay and disruption claims, variations and defects
• Assisting with security of payment matters and payment disputes
• Preparing matters for adjudication, mediation, arbitration and court proceedings
• Drafting correspondence, pleadings, evidence and submissions
• Working closely with senior lawyers, clients, counsel and experts on complex disputes
• Gaining exposure to high-value projects across the construction, engineering and infrastructure sectors

The ideal candidate:

• Junior Lawyer with approximately 1-3 years’ PQE in construction disputes, commercial litigation or broader dispute resolution
• Strong drafting, research and analytical skills
• A genuine interest in developing a career with construction and infrastructure disputes
• Candidates with general litigation experience who are looking to specialise in construction are also encouraged to apply
