JUNIOR LAWYER(2)

Candidates must have earned a degree of Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from a reputable school

-

Must be a passer of the Philippine Bar Examination and currently licensed to practice law in the Philippines

-

At least 2 - 4 years of experience in litigation practice

-

Possesses the qualifications to be a commissioned Notary Public for and in Mandaluyong

-

Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Rules of Court, corporate law, labor law, tax law and procedures

-

Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies

-

Membership in the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) in good standing and possesses a high degree of professional ethics, integrity and responsibility

-

Good time management, organizational and project management skills

-

Outstanding communication skills and proficiency in the English Language, both oral and written

-

Possesses leadership, decision-making and negotiation skills, flexibility and willingness to be trained, and a team-player

-

Working knowledge of MS Office applications (i.e. MS Word, MS, Excel, MS PowerPoint)
