About the role

Prepare data and business activities, develop plans and budgets aligned with organizational strategy, and establish key performance indicators while monitoring and reporting actual performance results.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct necessary processes (such as workshops, meetings, template creation) to prepare and consolidate plans, projects, and budgets from various company departments
• Process plans, projects, and budgets received to align with company strategy
• Prepare data for determining organizational key performance indicators and key performance indicators of other departments
• Collect and present performance results, comparing against key performance indicators

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting and Finance, Actuarial Mathematics, or Engineering (cumulative GPA 2.8 or above)
• Recent graduates considered
