(Junior Level) Compliance Officer

To be responsible for maintaining an organization’s legal and ethical integrity. He/She will ensure the policy laid down by the organization is strictly followed and adhered to by all department members, and that the behavior of the organization reflects the rules and regulations of the company.
Responsibilities :

• In charge of several projects between the corporate and regulatory bodies such as E-Payment and other licenses.
• Report directly to the chairman/executive committee, work in partnership with teams from various departments in the organization to ensure all members remain informed of regulatory, legislative, and best practice changes and how the changes impact the business.
• Ensure operational standards are achieved in compliance with regulatory obligations while taking a commercial and practical approach, as well as providing appropriate solutions.
• Monitor changes to legislation and rules affecting the business and advise management and staff on the implications of these changes.
• Provide specialized regulatory expertise and carry out impact analysis for new/upcoming regulations held by the company and various government agencies, including the SEC, SET, and BOT.
• Serve on other projects if needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Lawor related
• Welcome new graduate
• Must have good command both speaking and writing in English
• Strong computer literacy especially advance skill in Excel
• There are TOEIC 800 scores and IELTS test 7 scores
• Minimum grade 3.30
