What they need
Key Responsibilities:-
Prepare and cook menu items according to SOP
Execute simple dishes and simple cooking tasks
Prep ingredients, washing & cutting
Assist plating
Ensure timely service
Follow portion control to protect stock usage
FIFO discipline
Inform supervisor/sous chef on low stock items
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene
Maintain station hygiene & cleanliness
Requirement:-
- No experience / fresh graduate are welcome (training provided)
- Experience in kitchen / F&B is an advantage
- Willing to learn and work in fast-paced environment
- Able to follow instructions and SOP strictly
- Good discipline, teamwork, and positive attitude
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
