ABOUT ORIGIN MOVEMENT

Origin Movement is a creative production studio specializing in TVC commercials, branded content, hospitality films, corporate videos, music videos, and social campaigns.

We collaborate with brands, hotels, agencies, and artists to create cinematic and high-quality visual content across multiple platforms.

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Junior Line Producer to support our production team throughout the entire production pipeline — from pre-production preparation to on-set coordination and post-production follow-up.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Junior Line Producer will work closely with Producers, Directors, DOPs, Editors, and external vendors to ensure projects are executed smoothly, on schedule, and within production standards.

This role is suitable for candidates who are passionate about filmmaking and commercial production, eager to grow in a fast-paced creative environment, and capable of handling both administrative and on-set responsibilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Pre-Production Support

• Assist in preparing quotations, production budgets, schedules, and call sheets

• Support location research, talent coordination, crew booking, and equipment arrangements

• Coordinate production logistics including transportation, accommodation, catering, permits, and shoot requirements

• Prepare and organize production documents, contracts, release forms, and internal workflows

• Assist with recce/scouting preparation and note-taking

• Coordinate with suppliers, freelancers, and production partners to confirm schedules and deliverables

• Ensure all production materials and assets are prepared before shooting days

2. Production / On-set Coordination

• Support Producers and Production Team during filming days

• Coordinate crew movements, schedules, talent timing, and on-set logistics

• Ensure production workflow runs according to timeline and shooting schedule

• Handle communication between departments to maintain smooth operations on set

• Assist with problem-solving and unexpected production situations during shoots

• Monitor production expenses and support expense tracking during filming

• Ensure all production paperwork and deliverables are properly documented

3. Post-Production Coordination

• Assist in organizing footage handover and post-production workflow

• Coordinate timelines between editors, colorists, sound designers, and creative teams

• Follow up on feedback rounds and revision schedules

• Ensure final deliverables are exported and delivered according to client requirements

• Archive project files and maintain organized project folders

REQUIREMENTS

Professional Skills

• 0–2 years experience in production, media, advertising, communications, or creative industry

• Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills and production passion are welcome

• Understanding of basic commercial/video production workflow is a strong advantage

• Strong time management and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-changing production environments

• Good problem-solving and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility

Technical & Software Skills

• Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production paperwork

• Familiar with Notion or project management tools is a plus

• Understanding of camera, lighting, editing, or post-production workflow is an advantage
