Junior Logistics Analyst

We are seeking a junior-level FTZ Logistics Analyst to support daily logistics, inventory, reporting, and customs-related operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working extensively in Excel and with large datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze inventory, shipment, and operational data using Microsoft Excel .
• Maintain reports, validate data, and research discrepancies between systems.
• Track inbound shipments and communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, brokers, and internal teams.
• Support inventory reconciliation and daily logistics workflows.
• Assist with customs and FTZ documentation and processing.
• Identify errors, trends, and root causes while helping improve reporting and operational processes.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, inventory, data analytics, IT, or a related field preferred(can be internships).
• Recent graduates or candidates pursuing a master’s degree with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
• Strong Excel skills , including formulas, filtering, sorting, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and quickly learn new systems and processes.
• FTZ, customs, or import/export experience is a plus, but not required .
