We are an energetic and dedicated team working together to make a positive impact on the environment while providing an excellent customer experience. We are growing quickly and looking to add talented people who are passionate about making the world a better place!

We are seeking a Junior Logistics Specialist to join our growing supply chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking freight shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods, coordinating with delivery sites, and reporting on logistics performance. You'll play a key part in ensuring our energy efficiency solutions arrive where and when they're needed—on time and in full.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track Freight and Parcel Shipments: Monitor all in-transit shipments by partnering with carriers and vendors to ensure visibility throughout the delivery cycle.
  • Delivery Confirmation: Follow up with delivery locations to verify successful deliveries, identify any issues or delays, and escalate when necessary.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports on on-time delivery (OTD) metrics, exceptions, and freight movement.
  • Project Updates: Provide timely logistics updates to internal teams, including procurement and project managers, to support installation timelines.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and troubleshoot freight issues or delays, collaborating with carriers and internal stakeholders to find solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure all logistics documentation is complete and properly filed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements in the supply chain and delivery tracking.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related role is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or logistics tracking software (e.g., TMS, WMS, ERP systems).
  • Ability to manage a large volume of shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Familiarity with freight carriers and transportation processes is a plus.

Salary range: $20.00 - $25.00 / hour

Compensation is based on factors including level of experience, skillset, qualifications, and location.

What We Offer:

  • Career advancement opportunities in a fast-growing, supportive company environment
  • Competitive pay
  • Full benefits package including medical, dental, vison, 401K, life insurance, and disability insurance
  • Opportunity to work as part of a team that values its members and works together to achieve positive change.
