As a Logistics Specialist, you will play an important role in ensuring that products and equipment are received, tracked, and shipped accurately. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working in a structured team environment and are ready to take ownership of their work.

What You'll Do

• Prepare shipments and create the required shipping documentation
• Receive deliveries from logistics providers
• Label, process, and register assets in inventory systems
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners via email
• Support the distribution process by following established procedures and quality standards
• Participate in regular inventory checks and stock management activities

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma
• Basic computer skills, including MS Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good command of Bulgarian and English
• Responsible and proactive attitude
• Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting packages up to 30 kg
• Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, shipping/receiving, or data entry is an advantage, but not required
• Ability to work On-Site in Sofia Business Park (Mon-Fri from 09 AM to 18 PM)
