Your Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Junior Maestro MDM Developer with 2-5 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), application development, or data management. The ideal candidate will support the implementation, configuration, development, and maintenance of Maestro MDM solutions, ensuring high data quality, compliance with data governance standards, and efficient integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and develop Maestro MDM components according to solution designs and business requirements.
• Build and maintain workflows, validation rules, and user interface configurations.
• Support the development, testing, and deployment of integrations and interfaces between Maestro MDM and other enterprise applications.
• Assist with data migration, data cleansing, data validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Participate in application development, testing, debugging, and defect resolution.
• Provide day-to-day application support and troubleshoot routine production issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and data teams to ensure accurate and consistent master data.
• Follow data governance policies, standards, and best practices.
• Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing activities.

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in MDM, data management, or application development.
• Basic understanding of Master Data Management concepts and methodologies.
• Experience working with data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Understanding of system integrations, ETL processes, APIs, or data exchange mechanisms.
• Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing, and deployment activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Maestro MDM or similar MDM platforms (Informatica MDM, TIBCO EBX, etc.).
• Exposure to workflow development and business process automation.
• Familiarity with XML, JSON, REST APIs, or scripting technologies.
• Knowledge of Planning Master Data processes and enterprise data domains.
