- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with existing customers.

- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Product, and Customer Support teams to resolve customer issues.
- Follow up with customers after issue resolution to ensure continued satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Meet monthly retention, renewal, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions and outcomes.
- Prepare reports on churn, retention performance, customer feedback, and recurring issues.
- Escalate complex or high-value customer cases to the appropriate team.
