What We're Looking For

We're hiring a Junior Marketing Manager to help plan, support, and grow campaigns for big companies in the telecoms sector. This is a performance-based role where we'll train and develop you through our management development program to lead campaigns and open new markets. We're looking for competitive, organised, and solutions-oriented individuals who thrive on hitting targets and want hands-on exposure to both marketing strategy and the fast pace of face-to-face telecoms sales.

Key Responsibilities

You'll drive face-to-face customer acquisitions at our live events, hire and onboard top event staff, work towards hitting event targets, train and develop our best talent, and lead teams in the field. You'll own real accountability for campaign growth and team performance.
