Junior Management Trainee

A Junior Management Trainee for a marketing department is an entry-level professional who learns core brand strategies, coordinates campaigns, and supports senior managers to prepare for leadership roles.

Candidates must have Latin Honors (Summa Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, Cumlaude)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in marketing and promoting commercial properties through digital platforms, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Maintain and update property listings across various marketing channels.
• Respond to tenant inquiries and coordinate property viewings and site inspections.
• Prepare leasing documents, proposals, presentations, and marketing reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support leasing activities.
• Monitor and maintain records of available units, tenant inquiries, and leasing transactions.
• Assist in organizing leasing events, property launches, and promotional activities.
• Manage marketing collateral and ensure adequate inventory of promotional materials.
• Perform administrative and other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Marketing Management or equivalent.
• Academic Standing: Must be a fresh graduate who is part of the top 10% of their class, a Dean's Lister, or a graduate with Latin honors (Summa Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, Cum Laude).
• Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, strong presentation skills, and high computational/numerical ability.
• Traits: Assertive, capable of working under pressure, and a quick learner.
