• Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, strong presentation skills, and high computational/numerical ability.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist departments in strategic corporate planning and general business development.
• Participate in training and seminars across different divisions to build a holistic understanding of the motorcycle retail business.
• Analyze operational data to help management make informed business decisions.
• Execute sales and marketing management duties, including product knowledge presentations and customer service.
• Aid in managing cluster or branch performance metrics, driving profitability, and achieving compliance with company guidelines
