Junior Manager 2

Key Responsibilities

• Handle commercial and accounting-related activities within the procurement function.
• Prepare and review accounting entries and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
• Support procurement-related commercial processes and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS and applicable commercial laws.
• Assist with internal controls, audits and related documentation.
• Perform reconciliation and analyse commercial/financial data.
• Work effectively on SAP and MS Excel for daily commercial activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of commercial and accounting matters.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and entries
• Good analytical and commercial skills
• Knowledge of internal controls and audit processes
• Working knowledge of GST & TDS
• Knowledge of commercial laws and compliance
• Hands-on experience in SAP
• Good proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong communication and coordination skills
