Junior Manager - Accounts

Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Manager – Accounts to support accounting activities at our Feedlot & Agri Farm in Muzaffargarh.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Manage petty cash, farm expenses, and daily labor payments.
• Prepare purchase orders and process purchase requisitions.
• Verify invoices, process GRNs, and track payments.
• Maintain records of livestock, feed, medicines, and vaccines.
• Monitor livestock induction and dispatch records.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Coordinate with Farm Operations, Procurement, Accounts, and vendors.

What We Are Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, or a related field. Master’s will be an added advantage.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Accounts.
• Experience in cash management, purchase orders, payables, and inventory management.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining accounting records.
• Understanding of accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial controls.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; ERP experience will be an advantage.
