What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Lead repair, maintenance, and breakdown activities as a Team Leader.
- Conduct preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and maintain equipment records.
- Ensure quick technical response to breakdowns and improve MTTR & MTBF.
- Manage maintenance activities using SAP, Excel, and ISO documentation standards.
- Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen, 5S, Safety, FIFO, and Poka-Yoke practices.
- Optimize repair costs, spare utilization, and maintenance resources.
- Support automobile manufacturing equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Preferred candidate profile
Knowledge of Mitsubishi PLC and GOT programming & troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Assembly shop filling equipment like Brake oil, AC LLC & fuel filling.
Knowledge of VTS, MES & SCADA systems for Assembly shop.
Power tool handling and repairing.
Knowledge of Assembly line conveyors & Lifters like main line Dolly, Hangers, Slat conveyors, Drop lifters, Transfer lifters etc.
