Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Berperan sebagai Manager on Duty di masing-masing shift
- Memimpin tim dalam menjalankan operasional restoran sesuai prosedur (baik di area service maupun area dapur)
- Mengelola stok/inventaris, mulai dari bahan baku, produk yang dijual, dan perlengkapan pendukung
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan: Minimum S1
- Berpengalaman minimum 3 tahun sebagai pemimpin tim
- Tegas dan mampu memimpin tim
- Dapat berpikir secara bisnis
- Memiliki kemampuan manajemen stok barang
- Paham flow dan proses kerja industri Food & Beverage (service & kitchen)
- Kartiko Heritage Restaurant berlokasi di Kota Surabaya.
