Junior Manager (Execution and Operation)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and update staff rosters, leave requests, and daily coverage

• Collect attendance, overtime, and leave records and prepare payroll calculation working papers for verification

• Maintain operational databases and ensure data consistency and accuracy across sites and services

• Track inventory levels, expiry dates, and reorder requirements for medical supplies and general items; prepare purchase lists

• Maintain and update the operational issue / to-do list; follow up on progress and escalate overdue matters

• Assist with quality checklist reviews and record accuracy checks

• Coordinate logistics and preparation for outreach and community activities; track completion and report basic outcomes

• Maintain administrative follow-up lists; track status and escalate unresolved items

• Support recruitment administration, including job postings, CV organisation, and interview scheduling

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
• Having administrative or operations experience is preferred
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word; comfortable handling spreadsheets and operational data
• Good command of Cantonese and English
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently
• Experience with inventory tracking, programme administration, or healthcare operations is an advantage
