Junior Manager - F&A

JOB PURPOSE

The Executive-Cash Application will be required to manage cash application processes from the SSC. He will be responsible for:

Receiving and applying remittances

Analysing open items

Correspondences with the Commercial team for clarification and closure

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsibilities

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Operations:

Support the Associate Manager- Cash Application in the day to day operations activities

Ensure Timely completion of the Unapplied cash applications

Liaise with Commercial team for timely information on remittances received from customers

Monitor all open work items Resolve all open issues

Ensure completion of tasks as per the performance TAT s set by the management

• Number of cash applications per month per FTE
• % unapplied cash receipts
• Turn-around Time for cash application

Process Improvements

Ability to identify gap s in the existing OTC processes

Suggesting improvements to AR-Associate Manager where opportunities exist

• Change Requests/Initiatives logged by the team

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor s degree in any subject

Additional Finance certification will be an advantage

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

4-6 years work experience in Accounts Commercial (Finance)
