Job description

• Perform statutory compliances under the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable corporate laws for entities assigned in the Energy Sector.
• Conduct Board Meetings and General Meetings and ensure timely completion of related statutory and secretarial compliances.
• Maintain statutory records and registers under the Companies Act, 2013.
• Support issue of shares and securities, corporate restructuring and fund-raising initiatives.
• Support RBI and FEMA compliances and related regulatory requirements.
• Continuously monitor operations and managerial actions to ensure compliance with applicable statutes and corporate agreements.
• Undertake necessary actions to uphold and improve the Corporate Governance process of the GMR Group in the Energy Sector.
• Support incorporation of companies, striking off and winding up of entities.
• Assist in audits, secretarial matters and due diligence activities.
