Job Description
Assist the Manager in managing daily villa operations.
Supervise and coordinate the operational team.
Ensure villas are clean, well-maintained, and ready for guests.
Monitor daily operations and report issues to the Manager.
Support the Manager in maintaining service standards and SOPs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, villa, or hotel operations.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Good command of English.
- Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to be placed in Uluwatu, Bali.
- Must currently be staying in Bali.
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
